Value-Added: Scaling Up & Marketing your Product

Get tips on marketing your value-added product and refining your business model to meet your long-term goals. A panel of producers — including Jessica Tudryn Wisniewski of Relish the Harvest, Nicole Blum of Carr’s Ciderhouse, and Maddie Elling of Hosta Hill — will share how they branded their products, evaluated and developed markets, set goals, arrived at their current marketing plan, and faced challenges and successes along the way.
Dinner will be served. Cost is $15 to attend just this workshop, or $25 to attend both value-added workshops. RSVP by April 10th to Kristen at 413-665-7100, ext. 12.
