Responsible eating is a delicious act of social justice. Good for our health, the farmer, and the planet. Leslie Cerier, “The Organic Gourmet” is an International Chef, cookbook author and educator and will discuss how to cook like an artist, while you feast, thrive, and lessen your carbon footprint. With local, seasonal, organic, fair trade and sustainably raised foods, you can prepare infinite farm to table, globally inspired meals.


Held March 12th at 7pm at Dwight Hall at Mount Holyoke College.
