Market Channel Risk Assessment workshop

Matt LeRoux of Cornell University will offer a 2-hour workshop on the channel-specific risks observed by small-scale operators and measures to manage channel risk. He will also present other metrics of channel performance such as labor costs and management and engage producers to understand how data is used to improve farm decision-making.
