Young greens, oven roasted Sungold cherry tomatoes, tarragon, pecorino, flowers, toasted quinoa, tomato vinaigrette
Main Course:
Sweet corn polenta with seared Paul Robeson tomatoes, bruleed Maggie’s Round cheese, crispy garbanzos, herbs
Dessert Course:
Pound cake with tomato-nectarine compote and whipped cream
