Farm Succession Planning Workshop

It’s never too early – or too late – to plan for your future and the future of your farm. Join us for this free workshop for information on how to transition your farm to the next generation or owner. Learn about estate planning, lease arrangements, preservation options, and more. Hear first-hand from a Northern Connecticut farmer, Susan Hastings, about her transfer planning efforts for Hastings Farm. A light lunch will be provided.
Space is limited! Established farmers and farmland owners of any age, as well as junior generation and beginning farmers are invited to attend. There will be time for individual assistance from professional advisors. More details can be found here.
