Location: CISA Office, 1 Sugarloaf St., South Deerfield

In this workshop we will discover how to create a comprehensive organizational or business story, and use it to launch or strengthen your brand. In this workshop participants will create a story outline, and mock up their story via social media or direct marketing. Participants will leave with a storytelling accountability buddy for the steps they’d like to move forward.

About the Presenter:

Angela is an innovative educator, evaluator, and writer who works at the intersection of health equity and sustainable food systems.They provide program development, facilitation, strategic planning, grant writing, and participatory evaluation services to organizations and institutions throughout the Northeast. They teach at the University of Massachusetts and the Franklin County House of Corrections, their course load includes explorations in food recovery, beekeeping, and food preservation traditions learned from their own Grandmother. Angela Roell runs a small honey farm and educational apiary program at the queer farmstead Yard Birds Farm. Website

Cost to attend is $15.00 and only $10.00 for each additional attendee from your farm. Local Hero Members receive a 20% discount on tickets. Please select the LH Member option below if you are a member. Food will be provided.
