Extreme precipitation effects on agriculture could have downstream effects on food supply for many people. Anthony Buda will cover the impacts of extreme precipitation and flooding in agricultural settings and cover current research on this topic. Katherine Favor and Samuel Feibel will then provide an applied perspective on how agroforestry can be used to help farms adapt to increased flooding risk and extreme precipitation.
