Have you been looking for an entry point into the endlessly intriguing world of mushroom foraging? Join us for a two-hour guided foray, coinciding with the summer wild mushroom season in the Northeast, to gain exposure to some of the most distinctive and delicious species fruiting locally. The workshop will begin with a brief introduction to foraging technique, sustainable harvesting, and The Mushroom Forager’s ForageCast approach. Then, we will try our luck on a foray.
