Dairy Day at the Scoop

June is national dairy month! Come down to the Gran-Val Scoop this Sunday from 12:30pm-4pm to celebrate and spend the afternoon with Richard & Mary Woodger. They own and operate Rockwood Dairy Farm, a 300 cow dairy right here in Granville. They will be available to answer all of your questions about cows, dairy farming & world famous Cabot dairy products! Scoop staff will also be on hand to talk with you about our homemade ice cream & to distribute activities for kids, educational materials & recipes. Stop by the tent before you order your ice cream to sample our delcious mac & cheese and other dishes that will be available to purchase for lunch! And of course there will be plenty of Cabot cheddar cheese to sample! The weather should be beautiful so come down with the whole family and spend the day learning about and tasting delicious dairy products!
